I am finally in my last week of Insanity. I thought I would never get to this week. I have not been pushing myself as hard as I should. I honestly think my body is to the point of exhaustion after these past two months of the Insanity workout. I did slack off a bit today on my workout but I will do my best to work hard for the rest of these six days left. If I can do this workout program, so can you! Ever since I changed my diet I have managed to lose five pounds. I know it's not that much but I don't have much weight to lose. I just need to shake off seven more pounds until I reach my goal weight.
