Well, well, well. It is a new month once again! I can’t believe my three month program is going by so quick! I have to say, it is not easy sticking with this diet nor is clean eating! Major props to you who does it on their own. It is still a bit of a struggle for me. I do have some cheat meals here and there. This is just something I need to keep doing and hopefully eventually clean eating will be a regular thing for me until I am old and gray.
Anyways, I am glad to report that I now weight 133 lbs! That makes it a total of 8 lbs I have lost so far on Nutrisystem. I know that isn’t much but it is for me. Without Nutrisystem, I am pretty sure my weight loss would be much less. This month my goal is to lessen my cheat meals and really stay focused.
Also, another exciting news is yesterday I gathered up the courage to see if I could fit into my size 2 jeans. I’m sure you can imagine how ecstatic I felt when I was able to zip and button up my jeans!! I couldn’t believe it. I managed to drop from a size 4. Knowing that size 1 is so close makes me very motivated.
I hope I will have even more good news to report to all of you next week.
