Sally Hansen has been a beauty brand I grew up with. It was my mother’s brand of choice when it came to purchasing nail polishes, so naturally it was the same with me too. They have yet to disappoint me with their selection of nail polish products.

I love that it is both a base and top coat. It saves me money and storage space having a bottle that does two jobs.
As a base coat, it works very well holding your color nail polish. It also helps to prevent staining on my nails, which is a plus because I am a lover of black nail polishes.
As a top coat, I have a love/hate relationship with it. It takes a bit longer to dry than what I am use to. With two kids who constantly need me, it is hard to just sit around and wait for the polish to dry. It does, however, give my nails that extra shine and keeps my nail polishes in tact for an extra week without chipping.
Overall this nail polish does the trick with my home mani/pedis. It is a much more reasonable price than other brands and gives you nice looking nails.
