Review: Russell Organics Argan Oil

Richard Russell of Russell Organics, a U.S. company, contacted me a month ago asking if I would like to review a product of theirs.  A few weeks later I received their Argan Oil in the mail.  To ensure I give you my 100% honest opinion of the product, I made sure to use it for about 3 weeks first.

The Argan Oil comes in 2 fl oz glass bottle.

The only ingredient is Argania Spinosa (Argan) Oil

Description: 100% Pure, Organic Argan Oil in the jar.  Nothing else.  Rich in Essential Fatty Acids, Argan Oil is one of the most nurturing oils.  Perfect for hair care, excellent for skin care, and a wonderful treatment for nail beds.

Use: On face and body any time moisture is needed.  For extra protection, apply beneath a face cream.  For hair, rub a few drops through the ends of towel dried hair.  Style as usual.  For nail beds, apply to the cuticle area and allow to absorb.  Wipe excess away with a tissue.

I love the pipette, which makes the thin liquid very easy to apply especially on my nail beds.

After utilizing this product for a few weeks, I have grown to love it.  I especially love the fact that I can use it on more than one area.  There is a slight scent to it, however, which I am not very fond of.  It may not seem as much, but this little bottle goes a long way!

This product is just amazing has been named by some publications as "Liquid Gold."  How does that not get you wanting to try it especially since it is 100% Argan Oil?!  This will have your hair, nails, and skin thanking you.  Overall, my hair is now full of luster, nail bed are no longer cracking, and skin feels very moisturized

OOTD & FOTD: 26th Birthday

My birthday was on the 4th but it is only now I finally found time to create this post.  Sorry!  Better late than never right?  Plus, this is my favorite birthday outfit as of yet so I could not just forget about it.  It isn't anything fancy, but I just love the color and simplicity of it all.

This angle makes me look bloated but it's just the dress.  Haha

Haul: Tiffany & Co. Shades

These are my newest shades.  The last designer sunglasses I got were Coach from my brother.  This time around the Tiffany Blue caught my eye so I could not resist.  I love the simple style with a classy "key" on the arms and the case.  The only thing I noticed is that the shades are a bit wider for my face so when I try to rest them on top of my head they tend to slide down.  Other than that, I am absolutely in love with them.

What do you think of these?

Update: Self-Hosting Site

My husband is my biggest fan and supporter for D.G.S.Beauty!  I am so grateful that even though he may not understand why I blog, he will always be behind me every step of the way.

To take my blog to another level, he bought me a self-hosting site!  I cannot wait to get started.  Thinking of all the things I will be able to do to my blog gets me giddy every time.  Now to just revamp my blog.  Until that is complete, I will continue to use blogger for my blog until my domain is fully transferred.

Thanks again babe!

DIY: Workout Log Book

Last month I posted a DIY on how to create your own Blogging Planner (Click here for post).  I was asked by a reader to post a DIY Workout Log Book.  So here it is.  Originally I tried to create one in a book similar to my Blogging Planner but the notebook just seemed enormous to carry around with me at the gym to log my workouts.  Instead I found this perfect book at a local office supplies store called Fisher Hawaii.

Front page

My log: As you can see I list the exercises I do, classes I take, cardio machines I use, and my daily meals.

Blank log

In the back, I just list helpful tips for myself.

Also, when I first started this log, I was still unsure about how to do some of the exercises, so I made sure to list them down and draw little figurines to recall my form.

Haul: Macy's

This is actually a very LATE haul post.  I thought I posted it until I saw this haul folder cleaning out my desktop.  But I figured "better late than never", right?  When my husband was in Hawaii with me, he wanted to change his wardrobe.  We happened to be in Macy's looking around.  We did not think that Macy's would become our new favorite store for clothes.  We did a little damage at Macy's for this haul.  Unfortunately, I cannot recall the dollar amount of each item.  However, with much confidence, we have no regret in purchasing any of these items.  We love them all.

Hubby's haul

Black slacks

Button down top and two jeans
