Instructions for use: Wash skin.  Apply an even layer of the mask.  Avoid the eye area, eyebrows, hairline and lips.  When the mask is completely dry, gently remove by lifting the outer edge and peeling towards the center.

I must admit the black liquid was a bit intimidating.  While applying, be very careful not to to get it on your clothing.  However, if you do get some on your clothes, it will come off easily with running water.  Also, if you have a lot of baby hairs like I do, I recommend using a headband so they won’t get in the way.  Once you are done applying the mask, make sure to wash your hands with soap so it will come off your fingers easily.

One thing I did notice right away is upon first application the mask gave my eyes a stinging feel.  Possibly due to the strong formula?  I’m not very sure.  However, that feeling went away once I continued spreading the peel on the rest of my face.

Depending on how thick my mask is, it will take about 20-30 minutes to completely dry.  To speed the process along, sit in front of a fan.  Once the mask is dry, it is fairly easy to peel off in one piece.  Just go slow.

To remove the bits of the mask that were too stubborn to be peeled off, I just rinse my face with water and it will come right off.

Review: Overall, I was very pleased with this mask.  Whiteheads and especially blackheads has always been one of my pet peeves growing up.  Aside from getting professional facials at the spa, I could never seem to get rid of those damn “heads.”  With this mask, it did eliminate majority of my whiteheads and dead skin cells.  As for the blackheads, it removed a few.  That’s something, right?  I also noticed that after using this product, my skin appeared much more smoother and brighter.  I didn’t expect this product (or any other products available in the market) to complete remove blackheads.  But I will continue to use this product see how well my skin reacts to it.
