If you had asked me about compression socks in the past, I would have just looked at you completely lost. I have always just thought of socks as well something to cover your feet when you wear shoes. Who would have known that compression socks are actually very beneficial.
When I received my Nighthawk socks, I was immediately put them on to see if they would do what Soxxy says. According to the website, the Soxxy compression socks are said to increase circulation and reduces swelling (cankles), jet lag, muscle soreness, and decreases the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Whether I am at home doing nothing, out and about, or working out, these socks made me feel different in a good way. My legs rarely fell asleep. Also, while running and doing other intense workouts, I felt like I recovered much quicker.
They are great in keeping my feet warm when it gets chilly. I’m excited to wear these the next time I go on a trip! I also loved the cute design and style.
