Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15 are said to nourish, protect and plump lips. They are made of blended reparative oils and waxes with real sugar, hence their names.
I really loved that these are made without any parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMOs, and Triclosan. There are actually about eight different shades in this collection, which you can find on Sephora (0.15oz / $22.50).
Sugar Rose Tinted is a sheer berry rose shade.
Sugar is a clear shade.
A quick swatch shows that the Rose has a sheer pink shade, while the Sugar is clear.
As much as I would love to LOVE wearing lipsticks and lipglosses, lip balms will always be my favorite. These were very nice and kept my lips looking moisturized and hydrated all day. It is also a nice touch that they are SPF 15. I am glad that I got a chance to try these (free samples from Sephora), however, as much as I loved them I don’t think I can justify spending over $20 on one lip balm… I will just stick to my chapsticks on that note.
