I will always be a huge fan of smokey eyes.  They are just so pretty and can be worn on any occasion.  When I got this Collection 2000 Smokey Eyes  palette, I had to try it asap.

The packaging really caught my eye.  It is different from other eye shadow palettes I own.  I like that I can see through a bit at the shades. The thin flap has a magnetic clasp so it reminds closed.

If you aren’t use to creating smokey looks, on the back of the palette has a simple guide to show you the way.

As you can see there are eight dark, medium and light eye shadow powders and an eye-brightening cream.

(L-R): Shimmery Silver, Matte Black, Matte White.

(L-R): Champagne, Matte Light Brown, and Matte Pink.

(L-R): Light Gray Shimmer,  Shimmery Dark Brown, Light Pink Cream.

This palette is just perfect and is always taken with me on my trips.  The staying power is amazing.  I was able to wear it for 8+ hours without it creasing or wear off.

It’s nice that I can make different smokey eyes to suit my mood and you can mix and match the shades so have fun with it.
