As you massage this lotion onto your face, it will instantly break up any stubborn makeup especially those gel eyeliners and waterproof mascara! After a few minutes of massaging, gently wipe the lotion from your face with a cotton pad or towel. WIthout any rinsing, your face will feel fresh, clean and moisturized! I know I know. How is that possible without using any water? I was skeptical about it also, but now I’m a believer.
With any facial cleanser, I always wondered if it removes ALL of my makeup.
