Well it my first month on the Nutrisystem three month program has finally passed. If you noticed I had a bit of a weight loss plateau the last few weeks, so I am proud to report that I have lost another pound! I am now 134 lbs and also lost half an inch all around on my measurements.
Seeing that my body is slowly changing motivates me. I can’t wait to see how much more weight I can lose while on Nutrisystem.
