I can’t believe it’s already Week 3! That went by quick. I wish I had good news to share but I don’t… I was also really bad this weekend. It didn’t help that it was SuperBowl weekend and my husband had the weekend off. We went a bit crazy eating out. I won’t go into details but all I gotta say is my self-control went out the window.
The good news, somewhat, is that I have neither gained nor lost any weight. I did weigh 134 lbs for one day last week but I guess it was a fluke. Oh wells. It just shows me that 134 lbs is within arms reach. I just need to keep my eye on the prize!
