I can now say that I successfully completed the Insanity program. It was a long journey but at the same time these past nine weeks swiftly passed by. I won't lie, this last week of Insanity I slacked off A LOT on my workouts. I didn't "dig deeper" because I already felt so drained. But I made sure to at least do my best and do the remaining workouts I had left to complete. Blogging about my progress, as well as my husband's encouraging words, drove me to finish this program. It was a great experience.
Along with the daily workouts, I had to do Fit Tests, which basically kept track of my progress. My results definitely improved throughout the nine weeks.
Next up are my body measurements. I am disappointment in my arm measurements but then again, I did not do the push-ups very well. But I hope I made you all proud.
Day 1 (Before) Day 63 (After)
I wish I took better pictures my first day, but this was the only ones I could really compare to one another. I'm not sure if you can really see it but I did lose a few inches and I am very happy that my love handles had shrunken down. My legs and arms are much more toned. My tummy slimmed down a bit but no defined abs (yet).

Thank you everyone for joining me on this Insanity journey. I will be doing it again until I get the exact results I want. When that does happen, I will make sure to update you all. I hope you all enjoyed my Insanity posts.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks for reading,

Did you purchase anything to do the 'insanity' program, like a video set, or is everything online? I would like to do the insanity program myself. :-)
My friend actually loaned me the DVD. But to do the program, you don't need to buy any equipment.
