Haul: GNC Lean Shake and 100% Whey Protein Natural

After getting the okay from my doctor that protein shakes are safe for me to drink while pregnant, I went ahead to GNC and purchased a few items.  *Keep in mind I showed her pictures of the shakes I was interested in and gave her the ingredients*

Before I was pregnant, I drank the GNC Lean Shakes almost every single day as a meal replacement while at work.  It always filled me up and tasted so good especially when chilled!  I preferred the ready-made shakes instead of the power.  As for the whey protein shakes, I would also do one serving  after my workouts to refuel.

Now while pregnant (currently 25 weeks), I drink half a bottle of my lean shake if I am eating a light meal or is in a rush and cannot prepare a full meal.  As for my whey protein shake, it has become my breakfast (along with other fruits).  I tend to drink it early in the morning because my fitness classes usually start at 9am.  Also, I read that it is actually better to take protein shakes pre-workout as opposed to post because it has more benefits.

One thing I love about GNC and their brand products is that they usually have BoGo (Buy one Get one 50% off) sales especially with the Lean Shake products.
